Renderer / Solid Plasterer

Sunshine Coast Rendering is a local business specialising in the delivery of quality cement rendering and solid plastering services to residential homes both new and old. We pride ourselves on delivering quality finishes within reliable time schedules for incredible value. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our existing team.

About you:

The successful applicant must be willing and able to take instruction and perform in a team environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively interact with a wide range of clients and contractors on a day-to-today basis, whilst constantly promoting a safe work environment.

You will also possess:

∙ Two years of rendering / solid plastering experience (essential)

∙ AND either:

∙ An AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training

∙ Or an AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

OR in lieu of qualifications: Three years of rendering / solid plastering experience

∙ Full Australian Drivers Licence

∙ Supply and maintain a suitable vehicle

∙ Construction white/blue card

∙ Have a professional presentation and approach

Package:

Salary of $76,515 - $80,000 p.a. (based on experience)

• 12% Superannuation

• 4-weeks holiday per year

• 2-weeks personal carers leave per year

• Public holidays

Package based on skill and experience with the option to structure to your preference (Full-time, Casual, Casual on ABN, Contractor).
