The Position

We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to step in quickly and provide ongoing leadership and support to the finance function.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll oversee a team of four while remaining hands-on with core accounting activities. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll have the chance to contribute to process improvements and key projects across the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting a team of four in finance
  • Managing the month-end reporting cycle
  • Supporting ERP system improvements and integration with reporting and finance operations
  • Driving ongoing process improvement initiatives across the function
  • Involvement in revenue recognition and contract review
  • Assisting with financial modelling and analysis

The role is moving quickly, and the successful candidate will be able to start as early as the week beginning 15th September.

Your Profile

This is an ideal role for an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement. If you can bring energy, adaptability, and a collaborative style, you'll thrive in this environment. ERP systems experience will be valuable, and while not-for-profit sector experience is preferred, it's by no means essential. What matters most is your ability to quickly add value and work with purpose.
