Scotford Fennessy Recruitment are seeking experienced Underground Trainer Assessors to support mining operations across Western Australia.
There are multiple opportunities for individuals with underground experience and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, who want to move into a training-focused role or transition from site-based work into a dedicated training position.
What's on offer:

About the role:
- Deliver and coordinate underground inductions and onboarding programs
- Facilitate engaging training covering safety, policies, procedures, and role-specific skills
- Support new employees during their early stages
- Review, monitor, and improve training programs to ensure compliance and relevance
- Maintain accurate training records and report on training data
What we're looking for:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Underground mining experience
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Computer literacy
- Working at Heights
- Additional WHS qualifications (desirable)
