About the Role

As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver a luxury dining experience straight to our guests' rooms. From breakfast trays to late-night cocktails, you'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing trays and trolleys, serving food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages — RSA is compulsory), and ensuring every detail of the in-room experience feels personal and seamless.

This role requires someone who thrives on attention to detail, takes pride in presentation, and understands that hospitality is about creating memorable moments in every interaction.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in In Room Dining, restaurant, or hotel service.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
  • Passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A sound understanding of food and beverage service (wine knowledge advantageous).
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
