We're seeking an Engineer with Controls & Integration expertise to undertake the design, integration, and delivery of control systems across a diverse portfolio of projects including data centres, aviation, transport and commercial developments.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with a team on Controls & Integration projects under the guidance of a senior team member. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting in the design and documentation of projects involving BMS, EPMS, and smart building platforms
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop control strategies and integration solutions
• Researching and implementing smart sensor and data-driven performance strategies
• Preparing technical documentation and managing construction phase services
• Ensuring compliance with WSP's quality assurance and project delivery standards

About You

• 2–5 years of experience delivering building projects within an engineering consultancy or controls vendor environment.
• A relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, providing technical expertise in data analytics and control strategies.
• Experience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.
• Demonstrated capability in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
• A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment to delivering technically strong and efficient project outcomes
