About the role

As a Supervisor - Mobile Crushing, you will play a key role in the success of Rostrevor Group's operations. This is a full-time position based in Victoria (whole State) + Interstate, where you will be responsible for supervising a team of mobile crusher operators and ensuring efficient and safe operations.

This role requires a significant travel commitment with interstate travel.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise a team of mobile crusher operators and coordinate their daily activities
  • Ensure all mobile crushing equipment is operated safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the mobile crushing operations
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during operations
  • Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced team members
  • Promote a positive and safety-focused work culture

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) working as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in a mobile crushing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and operations
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team of operators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
  • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to changing work environments
  • Relevant qualifications in mining, engineering or a related field would be highly regarded
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
