An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Property Manager who is ready to transition into Commercial Property Management.

Our client is a boutique property group with a growing management portfolio, expanding through its partner business. The team is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to work closely with an experienced Commercial Manager and gain exposure to a diverse range of assets across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Role
The Role Working alongside a hands-on and supportive Director, you will assist in the management of a mixed portfolio and be involved in:

  • Lease administration, tenant liaison, and arrears management
  • Maintenance coordination and property inspections
  • Leasing and business development activities
  • Learning the fundamentals of commercial and industrial management

The position offers structured development and the chance to build a long-term career in commercial property management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background in residential property management (1- 3 years+)
  • Keen interest in progressing into the commercial space
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Current PM Registration
