Are you looking for an opportunity to join a small HR team in complex organisation? North Regional TAFE is looking for HR professionals to join
the College in the Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner roles located in the beautiful Northwest of Western Australia.

About the roles:

  1. Senior HR Business Partner
  2. plays
    a critical role in delivering a proactive business partnering service on a range of human resources functions whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy. In this role, you will support the Manager Human Resources in supporting managers on routine industrial relation queries.
  3. HR Business Partner
    -
    provides a general advisory and support service to our College including onboarding, relocation and offboarding. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner with communications in HR maters, changes and business improvement.

Both positions will be based at the Broome campus; however regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions is required.
