This part-time position is based in the scenic coastal town of Nambucca Heads. You'll be preparing quality meals for residents in a well-supported aged care kitchen. With a balanced roster and early finishes, this role offers a great lifestyle for someone looking to combine meaningful work with a peaceful environment.

What's on offer

  • Monday and Thursday and Friday: 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Mix of weekday and weekend shifts
  • Work in a calm, coastal setting
  • Supportive team and stable roster
  • Early finishes with no late nights

The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in Nambucca Heads

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing & presenting food for our residents
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
  • Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

Your background:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Warm & friendly energy
  • Punctuality & reliability
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
  • Adherence to food & general safety practices
  • NSW Food Safety Certificate
