Beardwood Pty Ltd is a leading construction company committed to building a better future through quality projects and strong client relationships. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind our largest commercial projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, from initial planning to final handover. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating trades, managing resources, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position can be based in either Devonport or Launceston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead all on-site operations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant trade qualification or a degree in construction management is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license.
