Olsson's is Australia's oldest family-owned sea salt producer, with over 70 years of history. We're currently looking for production packers to join our Yennora warehouse and help bring our premium salt products from the factory to customers' tables.

About the Role

As a Gourmet Production Packer, you'll be involved in all stages of our packing and dispatch process, ensuring our products are accurately filled, sealed, boxed, and delivered.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Filling, labelling and sealing pouches, canisters and bags
  • Boxing and palletising finished products at set production speeds
  • Picking and packing online and wholesale orders for dispatch
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
  • Following strict food safety and workplace safety procedures
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as needed

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Essential:

  • Physically fit – able to lift up to 20 kg repeatedly
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in accurate, neat work
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Confident communicator
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Equipped with steel-capped boots
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (but not required):

  • Forklift licence (LF)
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse or production systems
