Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions within the SAP application landscape
  • Support HCM Team technical activities
  • Resolve production incidents – HCM related, including helpdesk tickets
  • Advise on HCM best practices
  • Analysis of business requirements
  • Advice and clarification of processes to end users and businessstakeholders as require
Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of multiple areas of the ECC6.0 HCM module, in particular Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management, Payroll, Organizational Management, Performance Management and Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM tables and data within the SAP HCM module
  • Master Data Management skills, including providing advice on data and processes
