We are a reputable manufacturing company specialising in the fabrication of metal products. Our Yagoona facility is looking for an experienced and confident Forklift Operator to support our growing operations. If you are reliable and skilled at handling bulky items, we want to hear from you

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Overtime and weekend work available)

Pay Range: From $33 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to transport bulky metal products and materials around the warehouse and production areas.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately, ensuring secure transportation of goods.
  • Move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished metal products between designated locations.
  • Assist in warehouse organisation, maintaining an orderly and safe environment.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Be available for overtime and weekend work as required, to meet production demands.

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift license with proven experience handling large or bulky items.
  • Ability to lift up to [15-20kg] safely and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-focused.
  • Confidence in working with large, heavy materials in a controlled and organised manner.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
