About the role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our Sydney-based team, delivering on-site support across secure, mission-critical environments including data centres and critical facilities throughout the greater Sydney region.

Working closely with our Remote Hands, Operations and Support teams, you'll provide hands-on delivery across data centre infrastructure and building systems - installing and terminating BMS, ECMS and mech/elec services cabling, fitting sensors and metering devices, and interpreting drawings and schematics to ensure safe, accurate and reliable outcomes.

Why join us?

  • Two RDOs per month, supporting genuine flexibility and work–life balance.
  • Company provided PPE and uniforms.
  • Rewarding benefits including salary packaging and novated leasing options to make the most of your earnings.
  • Continuous learning and development through our Learn, Empower and Grow program, supporting your personal and professional growth.
  • Vibrant team culture with regular social events, celebrations, and company-wide activities.
  • Health and wellbeing perks – access exclusive discounts on gym memberships, activewear, healthy meals, recovery services, and more.

In this role, you will:

  • Install and terminate BMS (Building Management System) and ECMS (Energy and Electrical Monitoring System) cabling.
  • Install, mount and wire a range of sensors, including temperature and humidity, pressure and airflow, leak detection systems and current transformers (CTs).
  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics and cable schedules to deliver works accurately.
  • Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for our customers.

About you

  • Bring proven experience working in data centres or other mission-critical environments.
  • Hold a current NSW Electrical Licence, with an ACMA Licence (fibre, coax and structured cabling endorsements) highly regarded.
  • Have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical services cabling, including interfaces with HVAC systems, switchboards, plant equipment and metering devices.
  • Take pride in precise, high-quality workmanship and communicate clearly with end users and support teams.
  • Work confidently within procedures and demonstrate sound judgement in secure or regulated environments.
  • Are proactive and solutions-focused, capable of troubleshooting and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
