Greater Brisbane Area, Australia Retained Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is has recently launched a multi-year transformation and are seeking two Solutions Architects to join on initial 12-month contracts, based in the Brisbane CBD with 50% WFH. These roles sit within either the HR/Finance or CRM streams, both forming a critical part of a wider program to replace their core business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the architecture direction for either the CRM or HR/Finance systems, defining roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies that align with enterprise strategy.
  • Assess existing systems and design future-state models, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to enable scalable, modernised platforms.
  • Contribute to RFP preparation and evaluation, supporting the move towards vendor selection and options analysis.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all phases, ensuring solutions integrate with the wider transformation and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with operating model changes and long-term organisational needs.
  • Support delivery teams with frameworks, capability modelling, and solution reviews, maintaining architectural consistency across streams.
  • Stay across industry trends, ensuring chosen solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to the organisation's size and complexity.

The successful candidates must have experience as Solutions Architects conducting options analysis to support RFP preparation on large-scale system replacements with dependencies across HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
