The Role

We are seeking Boilermakers/Fabricators to carry out welding, fabrication, and repair work on a wide range of steel components and equipment. Working from engineering drawings, you will perform high-quality fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring all work meets required standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welding and fabrication of steel components and structures
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to a high standard
  • Repair and refurbishment of equipment and componentry
  • Working to production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment at all times

What you will bring

  • Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator (Certificate III Engineering – Fabrication Trade preferred)
  • Strong welding and fabrication skills with proven workshop experience
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Previous experience in heavy vehicle manufacturing, trailer building, or structural fabrication (highly regarded)
  • Multi-skilled tradespeople with additional mechanical or fitting knowledge (highly regarded)
