Qualified Boilermaker/4th Year Apprentice

Duties:

  • MIG and TIG welding of pipe and accessories to various structural and pressure standards
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Fabricate adhoc items from drawings
  • Fabrication to close tolerances and strict quality requirements

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Trade Qualified/Nearing completion of apprenticeship
  • Be physically fit and healthy with the ability to pass a medical assessment
  • Ability to engage in an industry leading mindset on HSEQ within the team
  • Be a strong team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to commit to a full-time position
  • Problem-solving skillset
  • Willingness to develop new skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment or industry
  • A Manual's Drivers Licence
  • A Forklift Licence
