Along the way, you'll document outcomes, debrief with teams, and uphold professional standards, including co-design principles, Child Safe Standards, and the Code of Ethical Practice in Youth Work (with full training provided).
You'll be part of a passionate, supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and authenticity. Training and guidance will be provided, but your biggest strength will be you your lived experience, your perspective, and your commitment to making a difference for other young people.
Together, we'll continue to build a culture where young people are not just heard, but are central to shaping services, programs, and communities.
