You'll also bring a youth lens into spaces such as project groups, recruitment processes, and training, helping to strengthen co-design and ensure young people are central to shaping how we work. Along the way, you'll document outcomes, debrief with teams, and uphold professional standards, including co-design principles, Child Safe Standards, and the Code of Ethical Practice in Youth Work (with full training provided).
You'll be part of a passionate, supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and authenticity. Training and guidance will be provided, but your biggest strength will be you your lived experience, your perspective, and your commitment to making a difference for other young people.
Together, we'll continue to build a culture where young people are not just heard, but are central to shaping services, programs, and communities.
Do your skills include...

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with peers and others such as colleagues, teachers or community leaders.
- Lived or learned experience of youth cohorts who often face marginalisation (including but not limited to, disabled, Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander, rural and regional, LGBTIQA+, multicultural, OOH care and youth justice young people).
Qualifications / Credentials:
- Holding, or currently working towards, a Diploma of Community Services is highly regarded
