The Role

The all-new Urban Food District is a vibrant dining precinct featuring global flavours, three new bars, a beer garden, and a hidden speakeasy.

We're seeking energetic and enthusiastic Bar Attendants to help bring this exciting new precinct to life.

We currently have Part-Time and Casual positions available, with the intake scheduled for Wednesday, 21 January

In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Providing friendly, welcoming service to every guest
  • Managing time effectively and multitasking to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrating strong beverage knowledge and attention to detail

About You

You'll bring the following:

  • Previous Bar Attendant Experience (1+ years)
  • Strong Beverage Knowledge
  • Experience working in a Food and/or Beverage Environment
  • Experience using a Point of Sale System
  • Ability to carry a beverage tray
  • Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue

Additional Information

To be successful, you'll:

  • Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate

This role requires you to:

  • Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
  • Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
