**The role**

Crown offers elevated experiences across a range of venues - from casual to premium. **Gladstones Wine Ba**r is our newest exclusive destination, designed for guests who appreciate exceptional wine and refined service.

We’re seeking presentable, engaging, and knowledgeable **Bar Attendants and Waitstaff** to join the opening team at Gladstones. You’ll be part of a passionate crew delivering exceptional service in a sophisticated setting, where exceptional wine takes center stage and every guest interaction is memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
- Provide expert guidance on wine selections and pairings
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Support smooth daily operations across the bar and floor
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or equivalent highly regarded)
- Experience in premium hospitality or wine-focused venues
- A polished, professional and confident communication style
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday-Sunday)

**Additional Information**
- Venue opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday (Evenings)
- Casual and Part-Time positions available
- Commencement date - 8th December 2025
