Our Granville campus is expanding its offerings, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced trainer to lead the delivery of the MSF30422 Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.

The Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic trainer to deliver and assess the Certificate III in Glass and Glazing. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, supporting students in both theoretical and practical components, and ensuring compliance with training package requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment for MSF30422 Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
  • Develop and update training materials and session plans
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
  • Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience in glass and glazing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to student success and continuous improvement

Desirable

  • Experience delivering vocational training in a classroom and/or workshop setting
  • Knowledge of current industry practices and safety standards
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
