About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team within the Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health service as an Aboriginal Transport Officer.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient transport of Aboriginal patients to and from medical appointments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- providing safe and comfortable transport services to Aboriginal patients, ensuring their timely arrival at medical facilities
- assisting patients with mobility needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation
- maintaining accurate records and documentation related to patient transport
- building positive relationships with Aboriginal communities and promoting SA Health's services
