Locations: Deer Park, Preston, South Melbourne

Are you passionate about indoor plants and love helping people? We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join Melbourne Indoor Plants in a plant sales role. In this role, you'll provide friendly customer service, care for plants, and keep our store looking great.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice
  • Help customers choose the right indoor plants for their space and lifestyle
  • Provide plant care tips and answer questions confidently
  • Water, prune, and monitor plant health, keeping displays fresh and vibrant
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting retail environment
  • Support the team with general store duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for indoor plants and a willingness to learn
  • Customer service or retail experience (plant-related a bonus)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay organised and maintain a visually appealing store
  • Positive, energetic and proactive – a true team player who loves helping others
  • Available to work across multiple store locations if needed
