Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project and Test Management roles, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and banking workflows (retail, cards, lending, AML, etc.)
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, or similar
  • Having prior experience in business/system analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution across banking business functions (e.g., cards, lending, risk, compliance)
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test schedules
  • Oversee test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination
  • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery

Monitor project risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed
