Commercial Product Manager

As a Commercial Product Manager, you will be the key liaison between our product team and the commercial sales teams in your assigned market(s).
You will provide essential product expertise and support throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial brief to post-sales delivery.
Your goal is to be a trusted partner, ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed and that our products perform optimally in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement and Support
- Provide day-to-day support to state sales teams, assisting them with client brief responses and addressing product or operational questions.
- Act as a technical expert, offering guidance during pre-sales discussions and resolving technical or operational issues post-sale to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sales teams, becoming a visible and accessible resource for all commercial product support needs.
Market Performance and Strategy
- Track and analyse the revenue performance of products within your market(s).
- Synthesise market feedback and sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. You will then report these actionable insights to the Senior Manager.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve local sales processes and product positioning based on direct market observation and feedback.
Training and Development
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials such as guides, FAQs, and best practice examples.
- Support the delivery of national commercial enablement initiatives within your assigned market(s).
Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects for specific products in your market, such as overseeing content approval workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to find solutions to operational challenges, maintaining a focus on revenue outcomes.
Who are you?
- 3+ years experience in digital advertising sales, sales support or marketing.
- Experience with understanding and resolving technical and operational issues related to product management, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Ability to provide comprehensive support to sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concerns and issues into implications and actions.
- Collaborative and able to drive multiple stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes
