The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join our expanding Brisbane team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of property and commercial transactions, developing your skills in a supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with Cyril and our senior team members, gaining invaluable experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage residential and commercial property transactions, including drafting contracts, leases, and overseeing settlements


• Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders


• Managing residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files


• Draft and review commercial agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and other legal documentation


• Conduct property searches, due diligence, and assist with settlement procedures


• Provide legal advice on property development, leasing, and corporate transactions


• Support senior lawyers in legal research, strategy, and client consultations


• Support and supervise junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services

Who We Are Looking For


• 2+ years PQE in property and/or commercial law


• Proven experience managing property and commercial files independently


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Excellent communication and client service skills


• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• A proactive, solutions-oriented team player eager to develop expertise in property and commercial law
