About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Building & Pest Inspectors who have their own ABN to join our team across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Be paid for each job you complete from $190 to $350 per job. Monday to Friday work only.

As an Inspector at RBI, you'll play a crucial role in protecting property safety and integrity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues in properties.

  • Delivering comprehensive reports with clear recommendations for repairs and treatments.

This position is essential in ensuring the safety and compliance of properties, particularly during real estate transactions, maintenance, and renovations.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in Building and Pest Inspections.

  • Completion of relevant timber pest courses (CPPUPM3008 and CPPUPM3010).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to inspect sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs.

  • Ability to provide detailed, clear, and accurate reports.

  • A valid police check, driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • You must hold or be able to obtain a QLD Building and Pest Inspector Licence and have a strong understanding of Queensland's building regulations and compliance requirements.
