The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a hands-on role in helping people find the right opportunities while building strong partnerships with employers across the region. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and placements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for various local and regional roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Write and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms.
  • Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate the interview process.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding for successful placements.
  • Achieve personal and team targets in a supportive, goal-driven environment.
  • Stay informed about local industry trends and workforce needs.
