About the Role
Are you a strategic finance leader passionate about driving business performance and partnering with executive stakeholders? We are seeking a dynamic
Group Business Partnering Manager
to lead our high-performing finance business partnering team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance collaboration, streamline financial processes, and provide critical insights to support key stakeholders in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering Team Leadership:
Build, develop, and lead a robust business partnering team that aligns with the executive leadership structure. Foster collaboration, promote a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement, and support key stakeholders in understanding performance against budgets and targets. - Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Oversee tracking, reporting, and in-depth analysis of key business results and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of group KPIs and OKRs within agreed timelines, and manage the group to the agreed budget salary cap, ensuring compliance. - Budget & Forecasting:
Lead the annual budget process and implement a dynamic 18-month rolling forecast system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business conditions. Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and annual budgets within agreed timelines. - Strategic Influence:
Provide strategic thought leadership through financial analysis, guiding decisions that align with the group's 5-year strategy. Offer quality input into group strategy, target setting, and ensure key stakeholders are engaged appropriately. - Data-Driven Decision Support:
Deliver high-quality, data-driven financial analysis to support executive and senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive effective decision-making and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Strong commercial finance background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
- 10+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Accounting (FP&A) or similar finance roles.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing change.
- Proven team leadership and experience managing high-performing teams
