We are partnering with a leading global corporation with Corporate Head Office located in Melbourne CBD. Continuously innovating in their field, their commitment to quality and operational excellence has shaped them as leaders of industry. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the growing team and contribute to the continued success.
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the business through thought leadership, strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance across the business. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that optimize talent, culture, and business performance. This role will be a key member of the leadership team and help drive the overall business unit strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership and management teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Provide expert advice on organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations.

Lead HR initiatives that drive a high-performance culture and ensure operational effectiveness.

Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Oversee employee relations and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Analyse HR data and metrics to drive business insights and improve employee experience.

Manage recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the attraction and development of top talent.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.

Act as a change agent to support organisational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner role within a large manufacturing or industrial organization.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive change and influence outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., AHRI) is highly desirable.
