The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. You'll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring client expectations are exceeded while working closely with senior leaders and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee all project phases,  from design coordination and approvals to construction delivery and handover
  • Monitor project budgets, programs, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
  • Prepare reports, manage project documentation, and assist in tender processes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on project strategy and risk management
  • Contribute to the positive, team-focused culture within the consultancy

About You

  • 4–8 years' experience in project management, ideally within commercial fit-out, workplace, or refurbishment projects
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Property, Project Management, or similar
  • Experience within a client-side PM consultancy or contractor background highly regarded
