Our close-knit customer services team, based in North Plympton, is looking for someone to join us. So, if you have a talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we have an opportunity for you

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly customer support across phone, email and digital channels
  • Keeping accurate records and updating databases within our systems
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed, adding variety to your role

About You: We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in delivering customer service in a call centre environment
  • The ability to stay organised and focused while managing multiple tasks
  • Solid computer literacy, ideally with hands-on experience in CX3, Freshdesk or equivalent customer platforms
  • And most importantly, a fun, outgoing 'can-do' approach to getting the job done in a friendly, professional manner.
