Our close-knit customer services team, based in North Plympton, is looking for someone to join us. So, if you have a talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we have an opportunity for you
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly customer support across phone, email and digital channels
- Keeping accurate records and updating databases within our systems
- Collaborating with other departments as needed, adding variety to your role

About You: We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in delivering customer service in a call centre environment
- The ability to stay organised and focused while managing multiple tasks
- Solid computer literacy, ideally with hands-on experience in CX3, Freshdesk or equivalent customer platforms
- And most importantly, a fun, outgoing 'can-do' approach to getting the job done in a friendly, professional manner.
