About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile All-Rounder to join our Pinelands, NT branch. In our small, close-knit team, no two days are the same — this role combines customer service, sales, and logistics, offering a variety of tasks and challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Servicing our existing customer base by taking orders, invoicing, and upselling premium products.

· Developing new business through cold calling and targeted lead generation.

· Picking, packing, and delivering stock to customers or arranging transport for deliveries.

· Managing depot stock control and placing orders as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

We're looking for someone who can bring energy, initiative, and versatility to the team. You will have:

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Excellent written communication skills for preparing proposals and quotations, plus the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

· A current MR licence and forklift licence.

· Confidence in selling both over the phone and face-to-face.

· The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving.
