About the Role

This is an opportunity unlike typical Store Manager roles; we are offering a role with personal scope to influence strategy, direction and day-to-day running requirements. As the Big-Box Store Manager, you will lead the role as you see fit and really treat the business as your own. The role is Full-Time and will involve rotating weekend work.

On top of your daily Store Management responsibilities of Staffing, Operational, Financial, Inventory and Stock control, you will also:

  • Identify potential growth and development opportunities;
  • Provide end-to-end staffing solutions;

Implement cost saving strategies and identifying customer and inventory requirements.

About You

  • MUST HAVE: 5 – 10 years' experience managing a large box retail store - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LACK THIS EXPERIENCE
  • Highly effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate teams towards the achievement of their goals.
  • Proven capability in successfully delivering all aspects of the Store Manager role; staffing, operational, financial, inventory and stock.
  • A genuine passion for our products and a commitment to support the continual growth of our business.
  • Self-motivated and driven with an innate ability to lead,
  • Able to motivate and inspire your team as you work towards the achievement of goals, targets and objectives.
  • Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks
