We're Hiring – Persian/Farsi/Dari -Speaking Support Worker

Cross Continent Care is seeking a Farsi-speaking support worker to assist a participant who is paralysed from the waist down.

Support Required

Personal Care

  • Mobility assistance
  • Mealtime support
  • Medication management (including enemas)
  • Catheter care
  • Bowel management

Domestic Care

  • Assistance with daily household tasks and routines

Social Participation

  • Support with community engagement and social activities
About You
  • Compassionate and reliable
  • Experience in personal care, catheter & bowel management preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience in personal care required
  • Training will be provided for catheter and bowel management
  • Able to communicate in Persian/Farsi/Dari
  • Basic conversational English proficiency required alongside Persian/Farsi/Dari language skills
  • Eligible to work in Australia (NDIS checks & police check required)
