The opportunity
We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our construction teams, on-going work, working on major mining, resources and energy transition projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Australia's major projects by ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across a variety of mining, resources, and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSE leadership and support across project sites
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions
  • Work with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams

We have full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities of ongoing project work.

Roster, Location & Benefits

  • FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara.
  • 2:1 roster.
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • Competitive Salary Package (Base & Super) + 40% site uplift.

Qualifications & Experience

  • OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
  • ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous FIFO construction or resources experience in an HSE role
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Two contactable work-related references
