An exciting opportunity exists to join Norfolk Foods, one of Australia's leading producers of meat and plant-based products. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit workers to join our team across two departments: Batching (Production) and Dispatch (Forklift Driving).

Batching Operators – 3 Positions Available

Join our production department as a Batching Operator, where you'll be preparing and handling raw materials.

Key Duties:

  • Manual handling of frozen meat blocks (lifting 10kg–27kg)
  • Pushing and moving heavy Mackie bins
  • Operating batching equipment
  • Working in cold storage environments
  • Following strict food safety and quality standards

What You'll Need:

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting 10kg–27kg regularly
  • Comfortable working with all types of meats
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Able to work in fast-paced and cold conditions
  • Steel cap safety boots (no laces)
  • Food manufacturing experience (desired but not essential)

Forklift Driver (Dispatch) – 1 Position Available

Join our dispatch department as a Forklift Driver. This role is 100% forklift-based and focused on warehouse and logistics.

Key Duties:

  • Forklift operation (counterbalance)
  • Sorting and organising pallets
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Working in cold storage environments
  • Ensuring safe and accurate dispatch operations

What You'll Need:

  • Valid forklift licence & proven forklift experience
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work in cold storage conditions
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Steel cap safety boots (no laces)
