About the Role

AirLab.One is seeking a highly experienced Automation & Integration Engineer with expertise in building, securing, and maintaining critical digital systems. This senior role covers end-to-end solution delivery— including workflow design, integrations, automation frameworks, secure data pipelines, and ML API/model integration in production — all within the stringent requirements of highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, from workflow design to live deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure integration workflows across third-party platforms.
  • Define and document API and data model specifications.
  • Implement automation frameworks and ML APIs/models within production systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness.
  • Apply best practices in compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
  • Document systems, workflows, and procedures for knowledge-sharing and audits.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of engineering experience delivering secure, critical digital systems in regulated domains, with expertise in workflow automation, system integration, and digital solutions.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver digital workflows, APIs, and data models in full-stack environments.
  • Strong expertise in API design, middleware, and secure data exchange.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and ML APIs/models in production systems.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, data security, and audit requirements in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, defence, government).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, end-to-end technical solutions.
