The role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Administration Officer to join our team based in our Murarrie office. You will receive on the job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you kickstart your career. You will be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration, whilst gaining experience and developing key business relationships.

All qualifications and training expenses are fully funded by Bureau Veritas.

Key Responsibilities

You will be performing the following tasks, with potential for additional responsibilities as needed

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting to the appropriate team

  • Organising employee accommodation and travel

  • Attending weekly and monthly meetings and scribing minutes
  • Assisting the Administration Coordinator with Payroll and Invoicing data
  • Liaising with clients
  • Digital filing and compliance checks
  • Data entry
  • General office duties/responsibilities
