Job Description
Our client is seeking a personable and organised Patient Services Officer to join their team at the Applecross site. Working within a specialist healthcare environment, this role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent patient care.

This is a temporary position, offering an opportunity to support a dedicated clinical team in a professional and welcoming setting.

  • Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
  • Assisting with incoming telephone enquiries
  • Processing invoices and debtor management
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and sending patient correspondence
  • Entering patient notes and information into the database
