Beaudesert State High School is seeking an experienced Head of Student Services to lead our student support and ensure an outstanding experience for all learners.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of student services, while managing a diverse team dedicated to wellbeing, guidance, safeguarding, and learner engagement.

- Provide strategic leadership for all student support functions, including wellbeing, welfare, safeguarding, enrichment, careers, and learner engagement.
- Ensure that all services are high-quality, and aligned with curriculum goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver exceptional support to students across all programs.
- Work collaboratively with academic and support departments to enhance the overall student experience.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and ensure services respond to the needs of students.
- Uphold and promote a culture of inclusivity, safeguarding, and positive student outcomes.
