The Opportunity:

Our product team is renowned for creating cutting-edge software solutions for the real estate industry. We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Software Tester to become part of our team and help create innovative solutions.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by meticulously testing and validating their functionality, performance, and security. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality software will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing for both mobile applications and websites, covering comprehensive test scenarios.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and resolve defects.

  • Contribute to test automation efforts to improve efficiency.

  • Continuously monitor and enhance software product quality.

  • Work with our support team to identify client issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst.

  • Proficiency in testing methodologies.

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices such as test coverage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the PropTech industry.

  • Knowledge of test automation tools.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of commitment and professionalism.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Role to be based in Mitcham Office in Victoria.

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.

  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with iPhone, iPad, and Windows environments.

  • Real estate property management background is advantageous.

Permanent residency is required.
