Your new role
As a Remediation Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining trust with customers. This team focuses on
Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements, helping customers update their details and meet compliance standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls (approx. 45 per day) to assist customers with KYC requirements.
- Verifying documents such as IDs, TFNs, Source of Wealth/Income.
- Applying Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) to ensure compliance with AML/CTF standards.
- Providing empathetic, accurate, and efficient service to every customer.
What you'll need to succeed
- Full working rights in Australia and availability for 37.5 hours per week.
- Previous call centre experience (inbound/outbound) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner and empathy.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and absorb training effectively.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Familiarity with KYC and compliance processes (preferred but not essential).
