
Process Analyst

Team Global Express is looking for a full-time Process Analyst based at Melbourne Airport or our Brisbane depot, on a fixed term secondment until the end of May 2026. This role will focus on process mapping, improving, and simplifying the way we work with our Delivery Partners, as well as enabling them to be successful through easy access to information and tools.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Performance Improvement, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day problem solving and helping us create more customer-focused ways of working.
What You Will Do
Map out and document how work is currently done across teams
Identify opportunities to make processes simpler, clearer, and more efficient
Support investigations into issues and suggest practical solutions
Help set up clear, standard processes for Delivery Partners, Operational and Service teams
Help define Roles and Responsibilities across teams, to maximise efficiency
Use tools like process mapping and journey mapping to guide improvements

Support teamwork by removing confusion and delays
What You Bring
Experience in process mapping and business analysis, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Background in logistics, process improvement or channel enablement, with the ability to work well across different teams
A curious mindset, with the confidence to question how things are done and recommend better ways forward
A passion for enabling teams to be successful through channel enablement
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both data and feedback
