About the Opportunity

Join Camp Australia as a Regional Manager for VIC West and lead our mission to create amazing after school experiences for children across Western Melbourne. Based in the Western Suburbs, you'll oversee multiple school programs while building strong relationships with school communities and supporting our passionate team members.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and support Camp Coordinators across 14-16 school sites in Western Melbourne
  • Build authentic partnerships with school principals and communities
  • Ensure program quality and compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Recruit, develop and mentor team members to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Monitor budgets and operational performance across your region
  • Handle parent feedback and resolve any concerns with care and professionalism

You're an experienced people leader who genuinely cares about children's development and education. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you understand the importance of after school care for working families.

You bring:

  • Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of child safety requirements and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Reliable transport and willingness to travel across the Western suburbs
