The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Engineer to:

  • Lead marine engineering projects and prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports
  • Conduct advanced structural analysis and modelling to Australian and international standards
  • Collaborate with Principal Engineers, project teams, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and support skill development across the team
  • Contribute to the company QA system and participate in audits as required

What You Bring

  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering + 5+ years relevant experience
  • RPEQ registration
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within high-performing teams
  • Maritime engineering experience
  • Eligible to work in Australia (no sponsorship available)

Desirable

  • Master's qualification
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • CPEng
