About the Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a food production environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring product quality and efficiency across the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a production line (conveyor work)
  • Packing, quality checking, and general food processing duties
  • Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (10–11 hours per shift)
  • Supporting a site that operates 24/7

Pay rate: $30 per hour + shift penalties

What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • A reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Previous food processing or manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
  • Full flexibility to work a rotating roster, including on-call shifts
  • The ability to lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive team attitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
