Are you a structural engineer ready to step into more responsibility, more variety, and more meaningful work? A well-established engineering practice in Canberra is expanding and looking for a driven structural engineer to join their growing team.

With a strong pipeline across commercial, government, and community projects, you'll play a key role in design delivery while being supported by experienced local leadership and technical mentors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contributing to structural design across a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects
  • Preparing documentation, reports, and specifications
  • Liaising with architects, contractors, and clients
  • Working closely with senior engineers and project leads
  • Taking ownership of your projects and career development

What we're looking for:

  • 3–8 years' experience in structural engineering (mid to senior level)
  • Solid working knowledge of Australian standards, codes, and design practices
  • Experience delivering projects in the local market (ACT/NSW desirable)
  • Strong technical skills across materials such as concrete, steel, and timber
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative approach
  • CPEng or working towards chartership is a plus
