Toowoomba Friendlies Mobility and Independent Living is seeking a caring, detail-oriented all-rounder to join our NDIS and Aged Care team. This is a unique role that blends administration support with hands-on warehouse duties.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with both people and products – helping clients access the equipment and support they need while ensuring operations run smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration tasks
- Welcome and assist clients with a professional, empathetic manner.
- Answer phone and email enquiries regarding appointments, products, and services.
- Organise, schedule and manage nurse appointments.
- Prepare and maintain client records, service agreements, databases, and reports.
- Process orders, invoices, quotes, service bookings and payment requests.
- Coordinate continence assessments and documentation.
- Liaise with support coordinators, support staff, and informal supports.
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff as needed.
Warehouse and logistics tasks
- Pack, collate, and dispatch client orders daily with attention to detail and care.
- Accept, unpack, and rotate incoming stock deliveries.
- Label and organise products to maintain accurate inventory.
- Arrange product supplies for clients, nurses, and service partners.
- Perform local deliveries following company safe-lifting and handling procedures.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
- Administration skills, including intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to acquire new systems knowledge quickly.
- Reliable, able to work autonomously within a team environment.
- Physically capable of meeting manual-handling requirements.
- Current driver's licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or ability to obtain.
