The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our Perth team, delivering impactful property and social infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients across both the private and public sectors, helping to shape vibrant communities through strategic project management and delivery.

As a valued member of our inclusive and supportive team, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from initial concept through to successful completion. You'll work closely with clients, translating their vision into reality by managing project briefs, coordinating project resources and teams, driving the design process, overseeing procurement, and administering contracts.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience – 3 - 8 years in project management consultancy (or a related industry), with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects of greater than $20M. You will be able to deliver projects across multiple industries and have an interest in expanding your project expertise in a range of sectors including commercial fit-out, retail, student accommodation, multi-residential, education and/or public sector environments.
• Relevant qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Property Economics, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building skills – Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to foster trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Professionalism and business acumen – High levels of integrity, credibility, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Drive and passion – A proactive attitude, a willingness to embrace challenges, and a commitment to continuous growth and development.

We're partnering with Tier 1 developers, asset owners, and public sector clients on a number of projects. We currently have a number of high-impact retail opportunities, live commercial fit-out, and community-focused projects.
